Versatility, by definition, is the ability to adapt to different activities.
There are two truths about us as beyond humans . We have both fire and peace that live inside our souls.
Balancing them is the hardest thing one person can do. And this is why we find ourselves moving too fast, in need of slowing down. And vis versa.
For the male who lifts weights at the gym, he may be apt to the pain of repetition with each exercise, and slowly increases his resistance amount to the next level. While this physicality he may be working at, Saturday night rolls around, and he winds up drinking too much that results in an explosion of his anger towards another bar dweller.
Then take a female professional who is in mastery of productivity. She stays awake for long hours, and goes into the night, chipping away at her laptop. She happens to be out of shape and overweight, because there is no time to exercise, and she has too many activities on her plate.
This is not to give judgement to the examples above, but to show the different between physical and mental capacity that we all face. When we're in balance with both, we are able to achieve much more. And that may mean to take yourself out of the need to control one area in your life, and give the effort to another.
