The development of healthy living routines is questionable. There is always something new replacing the old.
People will be in conversation, and one will say to the other "oh, have you tried the new... I hear it's good for you."
Then we collect the information, and if it's defined by the image of ourselves, we may consider it. And again and again.
So if you're the type of person who finds yourself comparing your body, friends, etc. to others, it's time to rethink it all.
Play around to see what you like, and then do it with full commitment. Don't mind if it's not in season or trending. Who cares.
Stop the guilt already. The game you're playing is exactly that; a game.
You're supposed to breathe, you're human.
Enjoy it by being unselfish. That starts with the end to your self-pity.
